I’m satisfied with Matthew Mccarty. He keeps updating me on my car. However, I am disappointed with the valet after I paid my bill. I have waited for 20 minutes to get my car. I had to follow up to see why it’s taking so long. Apparently, the valet couldn’t start my car. I gave them instructions when I brought my car that they need to do left turn signal before starting the car otherwise it will not start. They should have asked. Anyway this is the first time it happened so I will let it slide. Thanks

Sections of the car were not detailed, lots of water spots and one section under the rear window wasn't even touched. Light scratches still visible, thought a thorough buff job would get rid of scratches
