Jimmie Saucedo was nice, but only he lacks of customer satisfaction service. He didn’t inform me that the technicians need more time to fix my car until I contacting the pick up vehicle department. Also, he said my car making a noise because of my drive belt, need to change it. I trust him, I let him charge me for replacing my car drive belt. But, after my car done. I started the engine, I still hear some noises from my car. So, it means, he just predicted the problem, not solve the problem, & made me pay expensive cost that I shouldn’t have to pay. I also disappointed with the service cashier, Anthony Blackburn. I asked him if my car has done fixed & maybe somebody already called me & I didn’t hear it. He was checking for awhile, then he said he will let me know about it & asked me to have a seat. After another 30 minutes, I asked Anthony again, because he didn’t tell me anything. I’m the one that kept checking on my car. He said it’s done. But, I still wait for maybe another 20 minutes. And, when my name got called, I came to him, but he just told me to get in line to pay. So, another 10 minutes. When I want to file a complaint, a front desk customer service didn’t gave good service & made me waiting even though I already explained that I didn’t have much time, & I need to go. So, I just left her. I forgot to asked her name. I was so disappointed with three people, & left Longo Toyota with a lot of disappointments. I admitted that some of Longo Toyota employees are very nice & very customer oriented. But, some are worse like Anthony Blackburn. I don’t know in the future if I keep choosing Longo Toyota or I change to another dealer.
