I had a 9:45 am appointment. I was told that my car would be ready by 12:30. I came back to longo at 12:30 and was told that things were delayed and my car was not ready. Nobody called me before to ket me know not to come at 12:30. When we aksed when my car would be ready we were told 3:00. We asked to speak with a manager who told us that they would hurry and have the car done by 1:15. However, this also turned out to be incorrect as my car wasn't ready until 1:45 pm. I would much rather have dropped my car off at 9:45 and have been told up front that my car would be ready at 3:00. This way we could have spent the day more productively instead of being delayed twice and wasting our time
