Vehicle was not washed. Does not fit in machine. When asked how are vehicles with running boards washed? Was not provide a clear answer. When asked what is plan B? Was told there is no plan B in place. Not the type of service I expected from Longo. Was told vehicle would be ready between 11:30 to 12pm, vehicle was returned past 1pm. Ruined our family plans for the remainder of the day.

Left car dirty and when asked to clean they wanted $14 for it. They removed the seats and that cause a need for vacuum. Left sticky residue on newly replaced mirror. Had to wait 30min for reprsentive to answer my question. Thanks for the water happy about that.. requested a Camry and got a uncomfortable suv. I also expressed my opinion to the service manager but he had a “ I don’t care attitude” spending 45k car from Longo and they worry about a $14 wash very unhappy
