Nestor was very polite and professional. I asked him to take extra care with my truck and he related that to the mechanic on the work order. He stated my truck would be complete within 2-2.5 hours and it was done in 2.5 hours. I have found this great service the norm at Longo and that is why I continue to come back.

I brought my Toyota Avalon in for car maintenance. I checked in to the front desk at 7:45am and received a confirmation text from Longo. I asked the representative how long the maintenance would take and was told it would take one hour. After an hour and a half passed, I asked the representative again and was told it would take 30 more minutes. After 30 minutes, I asked again and was told to wait another 30 minutes. After waiting more than 2 and a half hours, I still did not get my maintenance request fulfilled and my car was still not fixed. At the end, I wasted my time and I had to come back another time to speak with the manager in order to get my car serviced. I was completely unsatisfied with Longo Toyota’s service.
