Alexis went above and beyond to coordinate and make my service visit positive. I arrived for a scheduled recall and added a battery integrity check and tire service. Alexis was accommodating and flexible with the request, and informative about the required timeframe. He did a great job!

She didnt have car,washed cleaned after 5000 mile check up and check 4 tires for low pressure. I wasted another 20 min as joshua didnt have note to wash or an clean ca . I specifically asked to have car washed. Rob McGuire and Elizabeth avalos didnt call me back from 2 p to 7 p. Not at all about my concerns. Thanks.
