Biagio was awesome! Took care of my rental and updated me when the parts came I and when my vehicle was repaired. This was an abnormal repair and extra diagnosis was needed. Biagio got to the bottom of how the diagnosis was going to go and kept me informed at each step.

I have no complaints about Noli. Time estimate I was given when I made my appointment was 90 minutes to 2 hours. When I brought my car in for service I was told it was going to be 4 to 5 hours. The huge difference between these time estimates is not acceptable. I live about 40 miles away from you dealership; with a 2 hour estimate I had just planned to wait on site. With a 4-5 hour estimate I would have made arrangements to inconvenience someone to pick me up. Noli did his best to make it right and my car was done in about 2.5 hours.

1st time I felt rushed by service consultant who was Bruce Herrera. Appointment was at 11:45am, Bruce stated would be no longer than 3pm and would keep me posted if longer than 3pm . 3pm came no call from Bruce , when I checked with service cashier she stes to allow 15min if no call from Bruce come back to service desk for follow up. 3:15 came and no call , checked with cashier and stated Bruce was on lunch. She directed me to Matthew maccarty who was very professional and assisted me with car diagnosis . 1st time disappointed with first initial contact with service consultant Bruce . From beginning I felt rushed and nod felt received poor customer service from Bruce . Thank you
