Mrs.Avalos was very friendly and approachable as well as very knowledgeable. Her customer service skills are excellent and called me to let me know what was needed in my vehicle. She made sure that I understood the contract to the extended Toyota care. I would give her a five star ratings would go back to her in the future. I agree to diagnose due to my engine light is on they found out that #3 and 4 misfire then I told them if they can do the tuneup they told me that's not the solutions they said they want to do more test why ? they. Already diagnose why they need to another one they can't find to the first test or they just need charge more . I will bring to another mechanic if I found out your mechanic is lying I will post it to the news paper.
