We had just brought my parents 2008 4Runner for a multi-point inspection. During that time I was purchasing a new 4Runner. The service and purchasing experience was A+++ all around. Noli Evangelista was very courteous and professional. Jesus Chacara greeted us even though he was not directly assigned to us. He ALWAYS goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome and offers assistance to me and my entire family. My parents were at awe at his service and will be bringing their Toyotas to Longo from now on. Butch Gabutina assisted us with the new car purchase. And as always, provided amazing service. It is now the 10th Toyota in over 20 years that Butch has helped us buy. Longo Toyota has truly become family. The trust we have developed with your employees is amazing!
