Longo, not just Daniel, should honor the original price that was quoted to me over the phone. I have found that Longo finds ways to add more cost to my already limited budget and sneak in more cost especially during an emergency. This was not the first time costs were snuck in until it was too late. Therefore, I will no longer trust Longo and will not return for future services. Longo has gone downhill over the previous 5 to 10 years and that is unacceptable. Daniel was professional and did call me and update me frequently especially at 7am. My shuttle drivers were also courteous and drove at safe speeds.

I was not happy that I waited 1.5 hours to find out you couldn't do a Smog STAR check. Then , I waited another 30 minutes to get my car. That was a total of 2 hours of wasted time! I drove my car to a STAR certified gas station in Monrovia where they completed the work in 20 minutes for the same price you would have charged.
Your time is valuable to you and you charge lots of money for your time of service. My time is valuable too.
