He was very nice with us. I had 3 boys with me and they were hungry , so he gave us water and granola bars! We were expecting 2.5 hours waiting , but it was done only in 1.5 hours. So fast, he was very courteous! Great service!

He was very professional and courteous. I appreciated the patience he had in answering all of my moms questions when she brought in her car. He stuck around to answer my questions until I brought in my car an hour later. Both my mother and I appreciated that he personally walked us to the shuttle service and made sure that we had a shuttle for us and that it would be able to pick us up on time. Even though the shuttle service stopped at 4pm and our cats weren’t going to be done until after that, he made sure that we wouldn’t be stranded out in Baldwin park (not that you guys would leave us stranded :/ I hope) overall my experience at Longo is always outstanding. You guys go about and beyond and I always appreciate all the little coupons and discounts you have let us use over the years. I purchased my first car with you guys and I have come back for service with you all, as well. Unfortunately, due to time and distance, I can’t always come down to Longo for service every time. I have driven this car across country and have been to many Toyota service stops and you guys are the best. Lastly, I would like to note that I just took my car in for service to a Toyota in Hollywood on Sunday, they were the ones who told me that I needed to replace my drive belt. My service was so bad and so expensive there that I knew I had to come to you guys, to make sure it’s done right! I knew you guys were gonna be 10times better than them but Alexis was really outstanding. His customer service superb (I’ve worked in customer service for 10yrs now, I should know) he was very knowledgeable, polite and I can’t emplahsis this enough, professional. But really, the whole longo team, including Mose at the shuttle service and down to the people at the cashier, you are all amazing!

No he was useless and ignored me when I came in not wanting to help me but eat and drink coffee at his station I told him that I had come in 3 times over the same issue and who I spoke to danial Sanchez assistant maneger ,the guy said roodly “ there is nothing written and no part do you know who it was that helped you ?” I can’t help you! he did nothing but eat! And stand there! I did not remember what Sanchez So I called the service appointment desk and briana said that everything was there in the notes then paged Danial Sanchez two times I told the guy that she had the information he TOLD ME TO CALL HER MYSELF ON MY CELL WHILE HE EATS TO GET THE INFORMATION TO HIM! After that there were to men standing at the both end of the entry near the donuts / coffee I went over to them asked if they were maneger they moth said yes I told them I had been there over an hour waiting for danial Sanchez to answer his pages and take care of my car——,.... THAT WAS DANUAL SANCHEZ!!!!!!! Standing next to Paul the service naneger’ The little creep never told me he was 5 feet from him CHATTING WITH THE SERVICE MAIN BOSS NANEGER OLPAUL !!!!!!!! i was upset with danial because I sent him videos of my radio not working and he yelled at me on the phone telling me he couldn’t open it! I confronted him in front of Paul After that Paul listened to me and everything was handled Danial and the other guy you sent me this to review should be sent back to training ... Indecently he went to Starbucks in the middle of this git somthing to eat water and coffee but did not offer me anything including help with checkin I give them a F- OAUL I GIVE A A+
