Not so much satisfied because he did not answer my query if I can gwt a discoubt for additional services. Some nanagers will try of look for an effort if he can gove ne a discount but this manager he is straight, what was in the list of maintenance charges, thats it, ni ha, ni ho, nothing, then he will tell you. your total amoubt to be paid. That is just my comment on him but he is okey in terms of his paper works but custtomer attraction, NO meaning he does not have markettong strategies.

Juan was fine. I was less than pleased with Toyota care. Took from m 8:30 to 5:30 to get my car towed and a new tire put on. Juan was patient with my frustration but I am questioning Toyota care and noticed today that the caps on my tires are gone so am not pleased with who worked on my car

Matthew is extremely professional. He offered great customer service over the phone as well as honest. As a customer his honesty is greatly appreciated. My maintenance involved a tire rotation, I advised Matthew that my car is being worked on in your collision center a rotation needs to be performed.
