Ruby was supposed to call me back to confirm if a pool vehicle would be able to pick me up and take me back to the dealershipark to pick up my car. She did not call me back I texted her multiple times, and suddenly the driver was at my front door an hour later. I had to rush out the door turn off my kitchen oven. It was very stressful to leave my home quickly while the oven was on. She fail to Circle back and follow up like she said she would. Because you didn't follow up I assumed my car would be kept at the dealership overnight. I wasn't ready when the driver arrived at my front door.

I was put on a 4 hour wait . I didn't have an appointment. My arrival was like Urgent Care , due to 2 flat tires . I purchase at Long Toyota . April 2017. A quarter to 4:00pm , I was given an option of repairing the tires or getting two new ones . I chose the new ones , with a payment of $15 for each tire to be installed. I felt that was very unfair. The adviser Martin Torres customer service was not a good feeling . It was satisfactory. I left at 5:00 pm . Rob the supervisor provided a rental due to new tires provided next day . Rob is an excellent representative of Longo Toyota.

Went in to fix two issue on a brand new truck. I received the truck and those issues were resolved at the expense of marring interior panels, marks around the interior and filthy. When they gave me the truck I told the valet to take this truck back where you brought it from and vacuum the mess they made and have some clean the marks. In the end I had to speak with service to leave the car again so they can clean up the mess they made. No pride, I will look elsewhere for servicing. Received the truck vacuumed marks cleaned but still visible and the rest still filthy. Service can apologize and smile all they want, but if the rest of the team has no pride of workmanship to follow through you will not gain customer satisfaction you are striving for. At least in my first and last experience at Longo Toyota was unsatisfactory and is now leading me to look at a new dealership for service. It’s sad that our Longo Toyota did this as our Longo Lexus service team does take better care of their guest and pays attention to details in service.
