Elizabeth Avalos and Alex Ayala we very professional and patient as we co ducted business. Getting the replacement took longer than I expected but I am very greatful for Longo covering the rental.
In the evenings, it’s been my experience that the service department staff seems to be very occupied with paperwork and not as aware of us customers driving in. If they look up, it’s to go somewhere, then return to their post to continue with the paperwork. This has happened 3 evening visits in a row, when I arrived there at approximately 6 pm. My typical waiting time is 7-10 minutes. For the sake of all customers, please observe for yourselves because my desire to to heighten awareness more than anything else.
