The complimentary car wash wasn’t that great at all. The front hood and back was still completely dirty. Definitely not worth asking customers for such service when not done the right way. Specially a big facility like longo El Monte. Just a thought. Why offer it if it will just make guest feel like you didn’t even take the time to really wash the car? Kind of a waste and making promises you can’t deliver on.

Excellent customer service from Melissa, she was friendly and attentive. In addition, I over heard her correct other associates on their improper language and I commend her on her professionalism.
Something that would be helpful, is if there was a way to communicate to guests after payment of service that they actually need to check in with the valet service outside for them to bring your vehicle, I was not made aware and waited 45 minutes before realizing, thank you.
