I noticed that there was oil residue on window after the detailing. It would have been nice if that was not present.

I don’t have a problem with the service from Alex, but about the amount of time it took. I’ve taken my car to Longo for a few years and have never had to wait more than 4 hours even when I had to get all my tires replaced.
I arrived at noon and left shortly before 5pm. I received a text at 3pm saying service was beginning on my car. Then at 3:30pm I was told not all the parts were in stock. I’m not sure why I had to wait 5 hours when my car wasn’t even being worked on until I was already there for 3 hours. I don’t live close by so getting a rental car was not practical.
I had to cancel plans i made that night because I was there an hour after business hours, which I wasn’t anticipating. And now I also have to come back because not all the parts were in stock.
