I am satisfied with the job done to my car, but I am not happy with the extra hour I spent at the cashier. Before 11:30 I got a call telling me that the car is ready to be picked up, so I went to the cashier but she told me the paperwork was not ready so please wait to be paged. I waited for another 40 minuets or so but I had not heard my name paged. I texted and asked when it would be ready and a guy called me saying it should be ready, so I went back to the cashier. She looked for my paperwork and came back with a total strangers paperwork. I said it was not mine and she said there’s no paperwork ready for my name. I told her I waited for an hour since I was initially told it was ready and she looked into the computer and find my paperwork. There was no apology or anything from either the guy who called me nor the cashier. Why did I have to wait for the extra hour when the car would have been ready if there hadn’t been such internal communication problem? I was very disappointed with such customer services.

I was overcharged for the service. I had to call in to get a refund. Also the windshield washer tank was almost empty and triggered the warning even though your technician marked on the checklist that he ckecked it and was ok. I had to buy the washer fluid and filled the tank with the entire 1 gallon bottle. I have trusted Longo before to do what they say the service would include and I paid for, but now I have second thought.
