On the receipt indicating cabin air filter replaced at 20k mile serviced,but not replaced because the glove box was locked by me without leaving the key.The receipt should not say it was replaced.I'm not happy with the dishonest service by Longo Toyota.

Longo Toyota first gets you in to pretend that they're going to repair under a recall and once your vehicles in there they said that they got to charge me $650 for upper and lower hose on my 94 Toyota pickup furthermore manager Mr McGuire calls me and apologizes knowing that his people are not knowledgeable of the recall and made a lousy excuse that that I didn't give him my proper VIN number which was a crock as I explained to him and I told him how is it that they pulled out my name and the vehicle model so when I asked him is this a practice of longo does is the first tell you that yes the vehicle covered by recall and then start charging for astronomical prices on upper hose and a thermostat housing to give a proper coolant pressure test for a head gasket problem that the vehicle is known to have which you guys have a recall vo6 campaign luckily I've been a mechanic for 35 years and Itry to explain it to them he stuttered and he apologized and hung up if I call Toyota Motor Corp spoke to miss page she turn around and told me when she contacted customer service at Longo debt mr. McGuire I told him oh we had told mr. Sanchez that we were going to charge him for the head gasket and parts and labor when I brought the vehicle in which was a big fat lie!!!!! Now I know Toyota of Mongo which I just bought a 4Runner TRD Off Road three months prior and my family I'll also purchase vehicles from Longo, in the past and services we will protest by no longer be buying our cars from them or services as well and we will let our friends know as well

Could not fix low tire pressure problem. Service performed on 11-18-2017, 11-24-2017. Failed to resolve the same issue. Today 12-1-2017 I’m here at Longo Toyota for the same problem. This time manager Matthew pin point the problem for the maintenance crew to look into it. Hopefully I’ll never come back to fix the same problem. Very very inconvenient and time spent on the same issue for this new 2017 Camry.

I wish other dealers in my local area could model after Longo. I may have been there longer than desired, but there was plenty of distractions that made the time go by faster.
