Since the 5,000 mile mark, I've been having problems with the air conditioning, specifically, when the A/C is turned on the high position, it makes a very weird noise as well as unusual vivration coming from the engine. I have mentioned this problem several times to the Service Department Staff at Longo Toyota in El Monte, CA, yet they still have not corrected this problem. On 11/28/2017, I took my Tacoma truck in for regular servucing and another stab at fixing the a/c problem. Now, they tell me my warranty is up and they want to charge me a lot of money to fix what should have been fixed long ago. I bought this truck because I've been told by many people that Toyota's reputation for making solid vehicles and top notch customer service. I have this truck for over 3 years with only 31,000 miles to date, and I have not seen anything of the solid reputation and top notch customer service. I am VERY dissatisfied that I paid nearly $30,000 for a truck that has a/c problems that the dealer does not want to fix until, of course, the warranty runs out so I can be jammed by a huge service bill. I DEMAND SATISFACTION. Or else I will sell this lemon truck and take my business to another manufacturer. I expect to be contacted by someone in supervision. I will no longer deal with a line service person.

I made an appointment and arrived there an hour early but I had to wait for a very long time. I live 18 miles away from the dealer, but the shuttle only provide 15 miles distance. At the end , the dealer ended up checking my status and order my display from Toyota.
I woken the night, and I was feeling sick to stay till 1:35pm.
If the could not replace it the same the , I don’t understand then why the hell they hold my car from 8 am till 1:35.
It’s because I wasn’t there priority.
I wished, I could change the review I have left for Monte last time.
As I was calling him, he sounded to me annoyed with the calls.
Except him, all other employees were super adorable.

Alexis was nice and helpful but the oil change and it’s just oil change took almost 4 hrs. I was told it would take about 1-1.5 hr when I made my appt. After my name was called to go pay for the service it took them anothe 30 mins to get give me my car. I feel like I have to take a whole day off of work just to get an oil change. That is ridiculous.
