Last time i was there [ around 50k miles]before this saturday i was told that my battery needed to be replace. then when i was there this saturday it says on the report my battery still ok.i just need a place where i can take my car and being honest with me used to take my cars somewhere else and same thing just thought theyre not being honest thats why i started going with u guys. Also i set up an appt for this saturday hoping that my car will be taking care off on the time of my appt and still end up staying there for 4 hrs seem to me no appt and with appt still the same waiting time

I had a 10:45 appt. I arrived at 10:30, was told the car would be done at 1:30, then Jason called at 1:00 to say he’s sorry but it won’t be ready until 2:30-3:00. If the wait is 4 hrs. with an appt, I’d hate to see how long you have to wait without an appointment.

The customer service was sub-par and not what I am accustomed to at Longo. Alexander attempted to sell me services that my car didn’t need which now makes me question Longo’s motive... is it to give the customer the best service available or con them into getting services that they don’t really in order to make a profit. Truly disappointed.

I really appreciate his help and the extra step he took for me to get an extra discount for a service needed on my truck. I was upset due to the fact that I was told 3 months ago that my breaks were fine until the next visit. I found out that was not true and I needed new breaks with the adjacent part. This was a shock and he understood my frustration and worked hard to get me an extra discount. I appreciate his help and I will see him January 13 for a recommendation. Thank you????????
