I brought my car to Longo because you advertised on your website that you receive 2 tickets to Knotts with purchase of service. I checked the website that day I brought in the car and the advertisement was still up, but there were no more tickets to be given out. Also I waited 30 minutes for a shuttle ride, when I asked if it would be much longer I was told it would 20 more minutes, so almost an hour for a shuttle ride. When my car was ready at 515 I asked for the shuttle to pick me up I was told the shuttle was no longer running. The whole experience was terrible.
