1) Computer system (5000 miles alert) was not reset. 2) Shuttle service was extremely slow; I called to schedule pickup at 13:25 and was promised 30-45 minutes. Eventually shuttle did not arrive until 14:46 which took almost one and a half hour! It caused me missing my doctor appointment for the day.

I have had a problem about molding of the sliding door for almost 2 years. When I roll the mirror down ,the molding going down as well. And every time I tell them about that problem, they said they replace the new one already. But it still happens again. 4 or 5 times already.
