Ruby had a line of customers waiting and was nice to all of them. Other sales reps kept bringing her customers and if she felt overwhelmed she didn’t show it. She simply gave every customer the attention they deserved, told the rest she would be with them shortly, and calmly continued her work. Thanks Ruby.
