I bought my 2005 Rav 4 brand new from Longo’s and even after moving from L.A. to Long Beach I continued to drive 30 + miles because I trusted and liked your service! However my experience on 12/6/17 WAS THE WORST I HAVE EXPERIENCED! I called the day before and was scheduled for an 11:15 a.m. appointment. When I arrived at the reception area I was told my name was not on the list but thought the could work me in ! The service advisor you asked me about was very courteous and helpful BUT AFTER LEAVING MY CAR IN “GOOD “ hands it was CRUMMY SERVICE. After waiting beyond the 2 o’0’clock promised time...I went to the cashier and inquired about the disposition of my car. A very kind young man (I think his last name was Blackburn went over and spoke to someone in the service department (Daniel) who called me and said I said called and told me he would recommend maybe replacing the front brake pads. I am 82 years old ... it wa getting late and the 710 back to Long Beach would be loaded with traffic. THE POINT IS THERE WAS NO COMMUNICATION FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT UNTIL I INQUIRED WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH MY CAR. YES IT WAS THE WORST TREATMENT AND EXPERIENCE I HANE HAD AT LONGO TOYOTA .
