Matthew McCarty is absolutely the best service advisor at Longo Toyota! I have been a loyal customer since 1991, when my husband and I purchased our first Toyota. And although we have met a lot of great people there, Matthew has always gone above and beyond his call of duty. He has always taken the time to answer absolutely all of our questions in great detail, making sure that we understand what our paper work indicates and any recommendations made by the technicians. He makes us feel like valued customers! His honesty and willingness to help never go unnoticed and are greatly appreciated.

Nestor was very nice and he answered all of my questions but I did ask him before my maintenance service if I was going to get a free car wash like they used to provide and he guaranteed me that I wouldn't of course when my car came up for pickup it had not been washed. So I was very upset by this. The gentleman did offer to take my car to be washed afterwards but I had somewhere I needed to be I just thought since Nestor had said it would be completely finished and washed that it actually would have so I was very disappointed with the service that I received today aside from Nestor he was great
