Noli was very courteous and helpful. He even tried to coordinate a shuttle ride for me at the end of the day which I thought was over the call of duty. If all your service reps are like him, I would give your maintenance department a 5/5 and be a loyal customer for the future.

I’m not happy with one of your employee in your parts department. I was there Monday Dec. 18, 2017 and purchased a remote control for my car , but I didn’t know that your company gives AAA discount, the service dept. just told me when I paid for the service so I went back to the parts dept. to get a discount , but the person that helped me the first time was busy so I was helped by Omar and he was very rude in helping me and told me that if I already paid you can’t give discount anymore. I then went back to ask for the manager and he told me again that the manager is on lunch so I waited for the guy that helped me the first time and he gave me my discount. I just want your company to know that you have a very rude and incompetent employee that needs to be reprimanded and need to learn a good customer service . I would appreciate if my concern will be given a consideration . Thank you very much for taking action on this matter.

Biagio's service was great. His partner failed to notify me that my truck was done. I had an appointment at 10:15 and my truck was suppose to be ready at 12:00 pm. As a result of a mix up, my truck was done at 2:00 pm. I was not able to go to work as I had intended.

Alexis was probably the best service advisor I’ve had in all the years I’ve been with Longo. He was very thorough and clear. He went through the paperwork in detail with me, which is something that most advisors had not done for me. Biagio listened to what my concerns on the car were, and took care of it without tell me lies. I want a straight forward answer and not bounce around with it could be this or that.
