Expect for one and half hour for maintenance, but it was more than 2 bourse. Hope I could be notified that sometimes the maintenance can take up to 2 hours so that I can better adjust my schedule while waiting.

I don’t know if your service department was short staffed because of the holidays, but it took an extremely long time for a 95000 minor service and engine air filter change!!! Almost 5 hours! I brought car in at 11:15 am and left close to 4:00 pm. I know it was not Monte’s fault, he gave me an estimate of 2:30 -3:00. And did call me to apologize for the extended delay. I have been there for less time when I had tires replaced and actual engine work done. If I would have known it would have taken that long, I would have rescheduled, to another time.

There was some question as to whether or not the new tires we purchased were filled with Nitrogen as requested. There is no information on the work order or the receipt to indicate it had been done. A request at the pick up counter resulted in a reply from the service department that you do not have Nitrogen available. Then they said yes but only in small amounts. Next, the manager was to call back and we could talk to him. We didn't talk to him they said they had filled the tires with Nitrogen as requested but, there remains the question "How do I know?
What visual indicator is there?" I left with the feeling I was placated with a "yes we did" so I would just go away.
Elizabeth was off today. I have yet to
speak with her and get the answers to my questions.
