Service rep told me I'd wait about two hrs. I ended up being there for three. I'd have appreciated the choice to come back another time if I had been given better information. A 15,20 or even 30 minute difference is understandable to an extent, but past that is not acceptable or fair to the customer.

Also I was told that my vehicle would be washed, but it it wasn’t ????
Then when I mentioned it the service personnel had an attitude, “do you really want us to wash it?” With an attitude!
