They lost my car key and doesnt seem to be found. I have to wait almost 2 hours and finally my brother have to bring the spare car key at my house to me. They said they gonna call me back about the car key. Try to get in contact with the manager but havent hear anything back from them.

I made an appointment to have my Prius serviced. The service started bad with the representative not finding my appointment. After hours of waiting for my vehicle to be ready, I approached my service rep and was advised that my car would need an additional hour for service. After an hour and about thirty minutes my car was ready. Unfortunately I wasn't satisfied with the reps absence of thorough service to keep their customer satisfied. This was the first and only time these two issues happened and I hope they are rectified in the future.
