The complimentary car wash did not exceed my expectations. My car was practically wet when it was returned, and you could see areas of dirt that remained. I could have done the same thing at home with a hose.

The only thing that made it unpleasant was that my appointment was at 1:15 pm and service was not completed until 6:15 pm for a regular 10,000 mile service.
