When specifying the time that the vehicle is ready, it is necessary for the vehicle to actually be ready. If not, then do not ask your customer to come pick up the vehicle until later. Waiting half an hour is not an acceptable practice. Waiting 10 minutes or less is ok. This is not entirely Elisabeth’s fault as it was the entire service staff’s fault. People were waiting for their cars while some staff members could be found celebrating.
