Crystal was perfect. 100%! The only thing I did not like was that I had a straw hat in the backseat. When I received the car the seat was moved all the way back...crushing the hat. I have been Longo customer since 1996 and they always return the seats to original position, Partial fault to me for leaving hat in the way. I would have really liked if they had teen seats to Orginal position (including the driver seat which was left very far up. I I derstand for the drivers side that short and tall staff may drive the car and need to adjust. But for the final trip to pick up they should readjust

From the moment you drive up the service is wonderful. Everyone is very polite and helpful. They are always quick to explain and go over every detail. The waiting area is the best for my kids and I.
