I was unaware of the changes to the shuttle services & them ending at 4pm. I am glad I asked the driver as he dropped me off at work. He also mentioned I had to call before 4pm but no direct # was provided.
I called the main line at 3:45pm & was on hold until 3:57pm. The concierge informed me that pick-ups ended at 4pm. This was new information to me. In the past I've been picked up at 5:30pm & after work. I had to quickly jet out of my office to make the pick-up by a van that was completely full. The

Yes, air filter had to be replaced, it was not part of the certificate process prior to the purchase of my car. Fortunately I was given a discount, however I was not planning to purchase to ended up doing so to avoid the smell coming from the air conditioning vents.

I did not like the service this time since I bought my car I been taking it to longo to do service but this time it was very horrible feeling because I took my car for service and to replace the battery and some how when they wore putting the battery in they pook my radiator and I had to be without my car I had plants to go on vacation on Monday so I had to change all my plans because of that issue that happened to my car
