Crystal was super nice. She kept me updated when the wait time for my vehicle was longer than the estimated time given at the beginning of my visit. Although my visit took 2 extra hours longer than expected, I hoped for a free VIP car wash like I have been getting the past 4 years as a customer :D Even though I did not this time.. still did an amazing car wash job! & the drivers from the shuttles who picked / dropped me off were friendly as well.
I just hoped that the scheduling appointment times for the maintenance / service would have a shorter wait time rather than it being the same for walk ins.
Other than that .. longo never fails me :D definately and have been reccomending friends to go to Longo.
