I have never been disappointed by the courtesy extended to me as at Longo Toyota, by each and every staff person I encounter. The stress and disturption of having ones car indisposed has not been something I have experienced since I bought my 2002 Prius at Longo Toyota. Teddy Chu was my last service manager, I was very sorry he was no longer a service rep, however I found Nestor to be very thorough. He kept me posted with regard to steps taken to figure out what was stumping the technicians. I spoke with each person on his team: Albert and Nokia—all three very easy to talk with, clear with explanations... Of course, this is the most crucial contact:to have confidence in the people directly overseeing the relationship between driver and what is going on with the car. I felt at all times the communication regarding the issues with my car were handled expertly and more than that: with graciousness, courteousness, and ‘good feeling’ — I guess I would describe this has humor without laughter, without something being funny. But this is not only evident in my interaction with service reps—it is in each encounter no matter how brief or slight: the young person making sure I had a small bottle of water—the perfect size after a hot drive to El Monte!, the person cleaning the restroom, the cashier upon checkout, the lot attendant greeting those arriving and the check-in attendant assigning ‘hats’ to the cars. Many business establishments use the term ‘guest’, however at Longo Toyota, I have always truly felt like a guest. It is for this very reason I drive 33 miles from home to have my car serviced. When I couldn’t drive it, I had it towed! I have always had the most positive things to say about my experiences at Longo. This past week was no exception I am going to need a new car at some point. While I do not enjoy the later model Prius designs, I must find a Toyota, because I am not going to go to anyone else!

Mr. Biogio was very professional and tried everything. The second time repair was good except it is not 100%. Maybe 90%. Hate to bring it back, maybe the parts put in needs to be checked for quality. Will inform you if ride and sound does not improve. **** S
