My car was there from 9a-2:30p for a simple connection of the back up camera. I initiated a phone call around 1:30 to check on the status of my car. I received a phone call around 2:00p with a message stating that I may need a completely new audio system but that he just needed to make sure. The message also stated that he would call me back. I decided to call back around 2:30 to follow up. Marcus stated that he left me a message over an hour ago that my car was ready and it was a simple reconnection of the back up camera. He may have gotten me mixed up with someone else and correcting him seemed pointless but I was a little annoyed with the lack of and miscommunication regarding the status of my car. Otherwise, Marcus was courteous when I dropped my car off.

Side note the back to school supply bag that gave the 10% off, no one knew what school or district would benefit. The cashier could not get an answer from the assistant boss. The boss was not available. It would be great if they are the information or are better prepared to answer the customer.
