The service was horrible. They were suppose to replace 2 of my tires and they actually gave me the car without the new tires. They had to return the car back to the service technician to do the job. They took an additional 3 hours to finish the job. I had to missed work due to such an unprofessional service, Even after my car was done the caps on my tire were missing. I had to come back after I had already left to make sure they looked for my tire/covers so they can put them back on. They had also left a blue tooth devise inside my car. Horrible service!
It wasn’t just me, a lot of people were complaining and upset about their service.

Everything was great, except at the end I had to wait for about an hour for my car to be released. Technician called me on my cell saying car was done, I went to the cashier’s and that’s when the waiting started. Cashier called manager because paperwork was not forthcoming even though my car was already waiting for me. Manager was great he signed off for the $68 so thank you manager for your thoughtfulness. It was very unacceptable for me to have waited for more than an hour. As it is I missed a dental appointment due to the delay.
