Monte Cervantes is an excellent Toyota employee. He went over and beyond to help me in cleaning my car which I really appreciate. 15.00 car wash done and the carpet was vacuumed as a result so much dust got accumulated on the dash board and even though it is not one of the Montes assigned duties he cleared all the dust from the dash board and made his guest happy. He definitely deserves a raise or a promotion in my opinion. Toyota needs more employees like Monte.
