Maintenance completion way behind schedule which suppose finish by 4 pm then finished 3 hours later. Should notify me before I showed up, especially I called for shuttle pickup, to avoid waste my working hours. Though offered “free” rental downgrade car which smelled very bad and can’t get on carpool , stuck in traffic. ???? I need to get gas for the rental car , which waste my time and money.????. Should not overbook the appointment, especially I made reservation
