Unfortunately I didn't like how the tint turned out. It came out lighter than I thought. At least compared to the shade Albert showed me on the wall. I wish there had been an opportunity where I could have looked at from outside and inside what I choosing from a real car with the same tint on for reference.

Both Nestor and Noli were very professional and had really great service. As for the detail job done on my car I would give it an 8/10. Some corners on the windshield and windows were still dirty and the driver side window had water marks as if someone rolled down the window while it was still wet. For the most part the rest of the car was done well.

Ruby was awesome as usual. I just had maintenance done on my car car on Wednesday n I got a flat tire on Thursday. I had my car towed at Longo and Ruby was there to assist me right away. She showed empathy towards my situation and assured me that she was going to take care of it, which she did. Always a friendly service manager and easy to talk to. ????
