For me, I cannot tell what’s different of service and quality between here and other auto-shop. But the price, especially the labor, is almost double than outside. It extremely hurts. Anyway, I’m still loyalty since 5,ooo-mile maintenance on 2010. Suppose I can get some rewards as a long-term customer since 2003

so i waste over days and hours waiting for my parts to came in and you guys fixed it supposedly , without checking or verifying if it is fixed and just return my car and I have to inform your rep again ? per your rep I have to go through the process to have a technician diagnose the vehicle again? ridiculous , you guys never fixed my 4runner the first place
