Ryan was excellent and very helpful in getting my vehicle repaired in a timely manner. He kept me updated while waiting for my vehicle to be completed.
My only complaint is not with Ryan. After being called that my vehicle was ready for pickup and paying for the service of my vehicle with the cashier desk it took them 25 minutes to pull up my vehicle from the back. I checked with the guy who calls for the vehicle to be pulled up after paying 2 times and he kept on telling me that it would be a few minutes. After 22 minutes I finally showed the guy the time stamped on my receipt and told him that had been 22 minutes since I checked in with him. He finally radio for a team leader and requested for more runners to pull up vehicles for customers. 3 minutes after this my vehicle was finally pulled up.
