Bruce has always been very helpful, courteous, and upfront with me As I’ve mentioned before hire more managers like Bruce.

Although I sat at Longo for five hours, only to discover that a part was needed, and was apparently unavailable until the following day, Monte handled athe situation with grace ... He helped me get a rental, and then answered my constant tesxs the following day in a way that made me quite comfortable Sad that a part was not available ( how can thAt be???) But Monte made it so I left feeling that I’d been treated as best as possible

Longo Toyota of El Monte completely failed me! My car was in for the 55K maintaince which does NOT include an oil change; this service took 4 hrs!! Toyota has unknown numbers on my account, somehow they called my fiancée saying the car was ready at noon but wasn’t. First of all, don’t call anyone that’s not. Second, the car wasn’t even ready. I acquired a shuttle home (this was the only pleasant experience) and reserved a shuttle back with a car seat. When it was timed to get picked up, the shuttle didn’t not have a car seat; even though I asked for one. Super super dissatisfied with Toyota.

Longo and its people ALWAYS do right by its customers!! Noli did a fine job! I needed my car by 5pm but it wasn’t ready. I asked for a loaner and Noli arranged it. Adrian at Enterprise got me my rental. So YES I was satisfied, tho I was an hour late for my appointment. Adrian is a fine worker and I can see why he is asked to deal with difficult clients - he is very personable. However, in my case, I made it clear I was in a hurry and he continued to ‘chat’ rather than quickly finishing the rental work. That is my only suggestion. Read your clients. But I want to be clear, Andrian, Noli and all I have ever come in contact with at Longo are completely professional and courteous!! You have a great leader in your general manager!’
