Monte provided professional and friendly service. However, I had to wait 40 minutes for my car to arrive once I checked out at the cashier. The driver, Randy, left an item hanging from my rear view mirror. I wasn’t sure what it was, so I called out to him and asked him if the device was mine. He simply replied, “No.”. When I asked him if I was supposed to take it with me, he reached out his hand through my window, and again, simply responded, “No.” Randy was very rude and seemed annoyed. Luckily the other staff was friendly, and offered coupons, but the management should talk to Randy about customer service.
