Best adviser I’ve ever had there at Longo’s. Roy is easy to communicate with, answers all my questions and I can rely on him to be there when I have an appointment with him unlike other advisers who do not show up at work.

Though I thought Ryan was nice when taking my information and scheduling the work on my car. At about 11am, when I asked if he could check to see what time my car would be done he appeared to be irritated with me. He told me that he had checked and that it wouldn’t be done until 4pm. I decided to take the shuttle home and then found out my car was done by 3pm and the shuttle wasn’t able to pick me until 4pm. Both of the drivers I drove with had outstanding customer service skills and I felt like I was a valued customer. It could be that Ryan’s job is more stressful, but I think he could learn much from the two gentlemen drivers. Thank you, Anne G
