biagio was professional and answered all of my questions but we have had an alarm/lock acuator break on each door and twice on one door and it would have cost 437 dollars each time if we didnt have the warranty. i am worried that at 101100 for instance they will break again and that is an expense i cannot afford. And we have had alignment problems with this prius ever since we bought it and subsequent tires that dont wear properly and have to be replaced at a big expense. Can you please ask Paul Leblanc to call me when he has time to discuss my concerns?
