Monte was great! But one of the service people changed almost every setting for the drivers side. I had to park and get help to reset the seat. This was not appreciated. Also start the microphone notifications with "the cars for the following o.wners are ready" by starting with a name, it is missed by anyone involved in something like reading, work, a phone conversation, or even a sports game

This is a second time in the pass 2 weeks Joseph Perez did a services my car. The first time is my Toyota Camry 2013, this time is Toyota RAV4 2018.
I don't let Penke Toyota West Covina take care my car because I don't like their services even though this place is closer to my house.
Joseph Perez is helpful, polite and very good in this services.
I will come to Longo Toyota because of the professional services.

Joseph Perez Baez was really really nice. It was my first time getting serviced and he explained to me the entire procedure. The crew members that drive the car and the service people helped me regarding my status and also looked out for us because we waited a long time, but it was okay. Overall, great service !!!
