The 5k mile service, per Jedidiah, was to take 2 hours. The service took approximately 4 hours to perform, and I had an appointment. It should not have taken this long, as there were only a coue of very minor recommendations. Again, I had an appt for this simple service.
Jedediah was great to work with...very professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

I paid for a complete auto detail service. After service was done I have to ask to vacuum again because it was not done properly and until now all the mats and carpet they are on the trunk of my car because it was wet. I'm a disabled person with total knee replacement on both knees. I can't do put everything back It did not make sense to pay $160 for an incomplete job. Thanks
