I had an appointment for 10:30 am and I was told that my servicing would be done by 4 pm and I received a call informing me of recommendations that they had for my car around 3:30, but I told them I didn’t want them. I was told that my car was almost done and I should be getting a call shortly. Shortly turned into another 50 minutes. Every time I come to Longo, it is advertised to make an appointment to make my servicing hopefully go faster, but this one time that I actually made an appointment, the servicing took longer than any other service that I had ever received from Longo. Also, when I looked at the servicing paper to see how my car was, I noticed that the measurements on my tires somehow increased from last time. I don’t know how that could happen except for that whom ever is servicing my car isn’t measuring correctly. I feel like this could be considered a safety issue because if my tires should blow out or something else happens and it was revealed that my tires weren’t in as good of shape as I was told they were, then I could be put in danger that could’ve been prevented by more careful servicing. Also, when I showed up and was told what my car needed done, I asked why I wasn’t told about these things earlier when they were actually supposed to be needed, like flushing the break fluid every 2 years. It had been 3 years since I had done it. Or cleaning the corrosion on the intake every 30,000 miles. I was over that too because I wasn’t told to do that during my last 30,000 mile servicing. I just feel like the quality of service has gone down in some aspects.

Ignore my previous answer; I thought this message was referring to one of the valet drivers. My service advisor was condescending towards me. Did not really enjoy him at all

I had an appointment at 11 am for an oil change. I was told it was going to take one hour and a half 1 1/2. It took 3 hours and none even came over and updated me on the status on why it was taking long. I just got a call 3 hrs later staying go and pay and they will bring my car out
