I received my vehicle with scratches that were all the way down to the paint. My passenger side flooring was vacuumed so hard it’s almost torn. And to top it off I received my car with no floor covers. So the floors were dirty when the valet got out of the car after I paid quite a bit of money to have my car detailed. Noli was great as a service writer, but stated that he went over the car to make sure everything was great, but it didn’t seem like anyone checked the car after the services were done.
